1 What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. 2 Can I change the personalization of my order?

3 What payment methods do we accept?
You can purchase on our website using debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. Additionally, we support Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paytm and other wallets. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

We do not accept returns because the product is designed and engraved to your liking so it cannot be reused
5 What happens if my order arrives in poor condition or the personalization is incorrect?
If your order arrives in poor condition or the personalization is incorrect, it is important that you contact us via WhatsApp indicating your order number. It is important to provide photographic evidence of the condition in which the order arrived or of incorrect personalization. If everything is correct, the item(s) will be replaced.
6 How do I cancel my order?

7 How to customize my order?
To personalize your order you must
1 Select the item you want and if necessary the quantity
2 You must select the “add personalization” button
3 Fill out the personalization to your liking and following the instructions, if you attach an image, logo or drawing make sure it is valid
4 Verify that the information entered is correct before proceeding with payment
5 If you have any special requests or additional instructions, be sure to include them in the comments or notes box (Located in cart)
6 Finalize your order and wait for confirmation, where the customization specifications will be detailed
